After seven years of putting the case for inclusive and equitable quality education for children and young people globally, the Education Commission concluded its work on 30th June 2023.
Several of the programs of the Education Commission have now been transferred to the Education Development Center (EDC) led by Dr Liesbet Steer. To learn more visit here.
The International Finance Facility for Education (IFFEd), created by the Education Commission will soon make a statement about its own future progress as an independent organization. To learn more about IFFEd visit here.
We thank the dedicated Commissioners, Commission team, donors, countries, our many partners and the new institutions created as a result of the work of the Commission who have not only helped implement the Commission’s recommendations but championed education for all.
