The Education Commission invited a diverse range of organizations from around the world to host consultation sessions with local stakeholders. The goal of the consultations was to generate perspectives and ideas on what is needed to improve education in developing countries and to build the case for increased funding for global education. The Commission has incorporated many of insights from the global consultations into the final report and its recommendations.

The response was impressive with over 130 consultations conducted in over 80 countries and across six continents. Each consultation submitted their findings to the Commission.

Each host submitted findings to the Commission, which are synthesized and summarized in this blog post.
